Don't have a dog in this hunt (OnlyFans), but can only speculate from a financial side of things when you disputed the second $100 charge with your bank or CC it resulted in their accounts being debited/charge back. Many services of all sorts suspend or even cancel an account over just one charge back. Things remain that way until matter is some how straightened out (good luck with that).

Bank reversal of charges or CC charge backs are not good things for any merchant, in particular online. Many places like VENMO and PayPal are predisposed to being cautions with online accounts, and again it can take just one chargeback to have an account frozen or even cancelled.

Sadly what passes for customer service from many of these online sites is piss poor. Things are usually only one or a handful of people unless we're talking about larger enterprises. Even then they tend to farm things out to overseas call centers.

At this point there really isn't anything you can do but either wait for Onlyfans to respond, or keep trying to reach someone and sort matter out. Long as you open new accounts with same information (including banking or CC), they likely will be shut down as well.

Though it does suck giving people a free loan of your money, sometimes it may be best to wait and allow them to sort things out rather than initiating a charge back/refund via bank. By law you do have 60 days from when a charge appears on CC statement to file a dispute.
