R5, Abigail Elphick attempted to assault Ijeoma Ukenta. She came at her with a raised arm. The evidence is clear from the first ten seconds of the video. and the police treated Abigail Elphick with kid gloves.

There must have been several witnesses to the incident.

Ijeoma Ukenta should get a lawyer or go to a Civil Rights organization. It looks like she has a case of civil rights violations.

Now, I laughed up a storm 12-13 minutes in and she's filming the police report, finds out her name, and says something like "Gotcha Bitch," then excuses herself for cursing after spending the entire video cursing.

What incident prompted the video?

I imagine that would depend on the exact circumstances, previous offensive, and what state it occurred in, R8.

A. We have no idea what occurred to prompt these two going at it.

B. It does look like Abigail was about to strike Ijeoma

C. The police did nothing wrong. Each police officer was just trying to get the story from each separately

D. Ijeoma exaggerated the situation by continuing to rant once the cops got there. Continue to record, but she should have shut up.

E. Twitter is a mob waiting to be outraged.
