Interesting: someone bumped this thread from three years ago, and it happens to be on one of the *very* first things I thought about this show: that Jimmy pinged off the charts. I had no idea until this season – I somehow missed the post-credits bits, assuming earlier ones had them – that he's also a co-creator, co-showrunner & married to one of his fellow showrunners (a woman).

Are you seriously suggesting he's been "straight for Lucia" for the large majority of his adult life?

I can, however, believe that they're both bi & swingers (separately - he fucks dudes, she fucks women). OTOH he's not what I'd call "flaming," and not all guys who "slightly ping" are queer. (If that was the case, 95% of English men would enjoy rogering.)

Anyway, I'm unclear if this is one of the shows that the WGA got pissy about: if it has a writers' room, are the three showrunners – one of whom stars on the show – the only ones in it? (Btw you can tell from the bits at the end – most of which have behind-the-scenes stuff – that they began filming it almost 18 months ago (December 2022), filmed through at least late May of last year, and didn't resume again until December. They also added the odd Pennsylvania hiking episode after the fact – they'd already written the entire season, but I guess got bored during the actors' strike & decided to do a one-off ep with Deborah & Ava – and it was filmed last.
