Either the editing was brilliant or she never flubbed a line. Can you imagine that happening on SNL? Nicole Sullivan is an unsung hero of entertainment.

This was from a return appearance after she left the show. I still remember seeing it when it originally aired; I did a spit take at the line, "I'm going to need you to make like Kobe and force your way through the back door." These sketches could NEVER get on the air today.

Karens want to speak to the manager because they didn't get what they paid for because they're a parent who is a mother who has children, oh so previous children, and parents / mothers work hard even though the husband makes all the money so therefore she must come first as a mo.. mo... mother! Etc.
