Serious question, fitness gurus. in this season (summer) can I drink alcohol, particularly beer, and still be trim enough to have a 6-pack as I work out? Or must I drink the watered down beer?

I'll be honest alcohol isn't great for us. Beer I consider ok if you don't do it to excess

I was watching a doc on people in their 90s and it said people were more likely to live longer if they had 1-2 glasses of wine a day. Even if you don't want to live to your 90s it's probably healthier. I bet even 1 glass of beer a day would be fine if that's all you had. But then I've never found 6 packs attractive though I like a smooth flat stomach.
