All Wes Anderson's movies suck donkey dick and Rushmore sucks the hardest.

Hmm R3- I have ended yp being underwhelmed my most of them, but Rushmore is a keeper.

^^up. Sorry

Saw "Rushmore" in the theatrical release, and loved it. And I still do. I developed a crush on Jason Schwartzman because of this film. Several years later, I developed a crush on Adam Goldberg in "All Over The Guy", despite having seen other films he'd done.

I need to date an adorable Jew.

R6. I highly recommend it.

Rushmore might not be the greatest movie ever.

by Anonymousreply 8June 13, 2021 12:03 AM

Nope. Don't get it, or Napoleon Dynamite.

by Anonymousreply 9June 13, 2021 12:05 AM

I love it. Captures an autumnal private school, adolescent feeling I could never explain.

"I saved Latin. What did you ever do?"

by Anonymousreply 10June 13, 2021 1:22 AM

Rushmore is the only Wes Anderson movie that I like.

by Anonymousreply 11June 13, 2021 1:24 AM

R9 I LOVE "Napoleon Dynamite" as well! It's hilarious, warm, and completely endearing. I may watch it tonight, as a matter of fact.
