Would Mama Carlson have ruled the roost in this house?

Wow the interior is horrible. I imagine they paid someone to do that. I love the abundance of sunrooms and porches. You would have to spend a lot of time out there, to escape the interior design nightmare inside. I was so overwhelmed by all the ugly; I couldn’t tell what’s underneath it.
Having said that. Mother Carlson was fabulous. She wouldn’t live there. Arthur would live there but not Mother Carlson.

Also I hate garages placed at the front door and front yards that are driveways.

I love the conservatories and porches. I don't really care for the furnishings, although I didn't find anything really objectionable other than some leather wall-covering. I just can't imagine owning a house of that size and going so far as to inhabit all those many rooms.

i like the conservatory area. The decor and upgrades choices are terrible. There is a lot to fix.

It looked like a bed and breakfast to me. There were a lot of common areas that have several smaller tables with chairs around them as if they are for separate dining parties.
