Did Gerald Ford fall down a lot?

There's a video of Ford falling down the stairs of air force one when he and his wife Betty had just arrived in Europe.

It's on YouTube.

It was constantly shit-faced Betty who did most of the falling down behind the scenes.

He fell down a few times. But not a lot. It was considered to be pretty funny though (it really wasn't), which is why it became a running joke on SNL. And not a very good one.

Gerald Ford started the money grubbing trend for former presidents after leaving off.

Now it's on a whole new level of money grubbing. The books, podcasts production companies, giving high paid speeches to corporations, etc.

And Trump has truly taken the cake.

The presidency is basically a jumpstart to whoring yourself out for money as though you were a Kardashian.

A lot of these people have zero dignity. It's all about the money.

And he was only president for two years and couldn't even concede when he lost to Carter, Betty had to concede for him.

Just on top of hole presenting bottoms.

There were only two incidents, but since Chase stumbled around as Ford week after week, I'm sure a lot of people "remember" Ford tripping and falling constantly.

Incidentally, it was those tumbles that injured Chevy Chase and got him hooked on painkillers.

I wonder how clean Gerald Fords ass was? He looks like he did wipe good enough.

He was a Republican after all.

Chevy Chase's falling down bit got old very fast. He did his pratfall thing on some awards show I think; I think he came up to accept some kind of award from Redd Foxx. I don't remember. All I remember is that he got up to where Foxx was and fell down; Foxx, thinking he actually tripped or something, tried to help him get up but Chase waved him away, saying something like "No problem, no problem." It was SO stupid.
