I was hit by a drunk driver when I was in high school, and he was so ashamed that he stayed with me until the ambulance and police arrived. I was unconscious, but my father told me that later.

Even if the scooter was going at 7mph, a fall with head trauma can be dangerous. Hit your head on a curb, you can die.

I have worked with her several times. She is a wonderful woman. I hope she has a full recovery.

Lisa was in New York to co-star in the Manhattan Theatre Club's virtual premiere of "The Niceties" from May 27-June 13. She was hit by the scooter a week after the first performance.
