Several months ago the tabloids had stories saying his parents hadn't seen the kids in four years, it was during the elder Pitts' anniversary celebration and the kids were apparently not allowed to attend.

Brad has one of the best appellate attorneys in the country on his team handling this. I wouldn't spend much time worrying about it.

This appeal is about the denial of Jolie's attempt to disqualify the trial judge. A very respected and experienced retired judge in Los Angeles who has handled everything from family court matters to homicides. This is not a judge who doesn't know how to document and justify his every move and decision in this case. This is not some Canadian judge from the provinces.
