Her last 6 singles have either flopped or underperformed. It feels like she peaked with her first album, just like Alanis Morissette. When you start off that huge, there's no place to go but down. She's already been replaced by the new ALT girl Olivia Rodrigo, who smashed with her first album as well. I have a feeling that she's going to face the same fate as Billie.

I can't think of a big ALT girl who was able to have more than one huge album. Alanis, Lana, Lorde and Billie smashed right out of the gate and then faded quickly. I guess if your career is built around teen angst then you're going to have limited longevity.

Eilish is far from over. Her first single is a hit, this one is underwhelming but there are more to come. Teens love this single btw. You're just too old, that's the truth. This girl will say for a while, that much I can say.
