2. Go here to download the pic: hXXp://reelsdownload.net/

3. Save pic to your device

4. Post the saved pic at hXXps://imgbb.com/

5. Once uploaded, click on the pic so it opens in another tab

6. Then copy the URL from that tab

7. Post said URL at DL

It sounds like quite a few steps, but actually once you’re familiar with the process, it takes less than a minute [or 30 secs if you’ve a decent connection]

PS: just replace the the ‘XX’ in the two above URLs with ‘tt’ - because DL doesn’t allow actual links being posted inside the text

R17: the reason why you’re having problem at step 2 is because that particular stupid site is currently having technical problems!

All these freebie download sites are very fly-by-night and rather unreliable, so you’ve to constantly google for new ones that work when the old ones inevitably go kaput after a while.

Currently I suggest this one as a replacement:

For future backups, just Google ‘free Instagram pictures download’

The rest of the steps remain the same.

And it’s the same thing with the uploading site at step 4; sooner or later it will act up, then it’s time to Google for other ‘Free picture uploading sites’!
