When did she do this?

She said it shortly after 9/11. She said Bill was in Australia and called to see if she and Chelsea were ok. She said she lied to Bill because she knew Chelsea had gone for a jog around the towers and hadn't called her yet so she didn't really know if Chelsea was ok. She lied to Bill so he didn't worry.

A few years later Chelsea wrote an article for something (Esquire maybe?) Where she described her day on 9/11. It was totally different. She said she was getting ready to go to the beach and when she walked over to her friend's house that she was going with they had the TV on and were glued to the coverage.
