I had a friend who interned at MTV in the mid-90s, and he said Mariah Carey was so stupid, it was amazing she could walk and breathe at the same time.

There's no way James Woods' IQ is 184. That would put him in line with Einstein and other assorted geniuses. The only thing he has to show for his allegedly brainy self is one good performance (Casino) and a bunch of inflammatory tweets.

An IQ of 184 is exceptionally rare, and the only source for Woods having a high IQ is Woods himself. He's never done anything to indicate he's intelligent, and in fact tends to use phrases to make himself sound smart and many of his attacks on companies he thinks are too liberal are factually inaccurate. If he had an IQ of 184 he'd be smart enough to look something up before making himself look like a fool.

I don't think James Wood has an IQ of 184, and I think he's evil; but it's indisputable he went to MIT, which is a huge accomplishment (like Damon at Harvard, he dropped out a semester before graduating).

I think a lot of you are just naming celebrities you don't like rather than celebrities who are genuinely stupid. Given their educational backgrounds and academic successes, it's not very persuasive to argue that Chelsea Clinton (!) or Matt Damon are dumb.
