Kathy Hilton - same plastic surgeon as Caitlyn???

Looks so similar. Maybe Caitlyn went in and said "make me look like Kathy.:

A lot of middle-aged and older women are now being compared, looks-wise to Caitlyn Jenner. Cindy Crawford would be an example. I think it's more to do with plastic surgery, in general, and the common procedures that are performed on middle-aged and older women. (Everybody's getting the same procedures, everybody's starting to resemble each other.)

That said, I don't think Kathy Hilton resembles Caitlyn Jenner (in OP's photo).

Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards do have that underbite. Kim Richards (sister of Kathy & Kyle) doesn't have the underbite.

I think Kathy's work is pretty good actually. Not too pulled, no cat eyes, not too tight. She's 62

You gotta wonder what goes through their minds the first time they see themselves after the surgery, because that’s what they’re stuck with.

I noticed this, too, along with the similarities in speech due to veneers or whatever. They are like harmless wacky aunts.

She actually reminds me of Carrie Fisher! Something about her voice and frequently deadpan delivery...
