Mouse infestations happen periodically in Australia-usually after a drought when it rains and conditions are good for breeding.

We have a fabulous blue tongue lizard family living in our yard that Tony neighbour’s obese cats routinely murder, but with the mouse plague I’m not so keen to chase them out of my garden.
