First TV Crush As a Young Gayling
So who was it?
I'll got first: I had a huge crush (though was to young to understand it was a crush) on James van der Beek on Dawson's Creek. I remember I used to watch the show in my room on a little portable TV set and at one point I jizzed my pants I had gotten so turned on.

[40] I completely agree. Wild, Wild West always "flooded Mama's basement." Of course, it didn't hurt that they always seem to restrain him immediately after getting him out of his shirt. Not only did it make my 9-year-old boner harder than differential calculus, but gave me a vague foreshadowing of bondage scenarios, which fueled the hormone storms that made up my adolescence.

robert conrad did NOT age well unfortunately even from the years of the wild wild west to a decade later when he did black sheep squadron.. i'm thinking too much sun and drinking (i believe he became a alcoholic) and perhaps the occassional smoke...
however, i loved his ass in black sheep squadron! in the Wild wild west his ass was smaller, pert, shapely, muscular in those stretchy pants... when he was older, a decade older in black sheep, he had gained a bit of weight and his ass looked bigger but just as shapely and yes, he continued to wear his pants ( khaki pants his uniform) extremely tight! so tight i don't know how he could move!....
more than one episode his khaki uniform pants were so spray painted on you could actually see his underwear panty lines in those pants! does anyone realize just how tight his khaki pants of thicker material have to have been to see his underwear panty lines??!!!
so so awesome! i have the black sheep squadron show on DVD.... both seasons... great jack off material!..

R154, agreed! I believe that part of it was that Conrad like to show off what he had. I'm sure that if he'd requested his pants not be sprayed-on tight that the costumers would have accommodated him, but I'm almost certain that he knew about his ass's legendary status and loved the attention. Even the coveralls that he wore on BSS were tight.

R156...i so so hear you! i wonder if he ever got any razzing from the crew and the other actors about just how spray painted on his khaki pants were! yes, when he wore the coveralls they were also so snug, his entire package would be off to the side and lewd shown off! awesome!...
later in his 1 season NBC show in the early 80's "a man called sloane" conrad continued to wear the skin tight polyester pants..
ever notice his walk? he walked with a sexy "spring in his step" because he had to know people were scoping out his ass AFTER they fell in love with his flawless pretty face (when he was young that is)

R158..yes of course LEE MAJORS in the 6 million dollar man.. especially seasons 3, 4 and 5 when they made his character SEXIER! lighten his hair, one season he wore that porn mustache, wearing tight polyester pants, wide open shirts ridiculously unbutton to show off his sexy tanned hairy chest, that is when he wasn't shirtless in a episode and so on and so on..
loved the episode called "rollback" in season 4, where his character dressed up as the most homoerotic robin hood ever, complete with green tights where in one scene it's plainly visible that he is wearing a jockstrap and NOTHING else underneath those tights!..

Anyone remember Robert Conrad when he was Guest Murderer on "Columbo"? He had this extended scene where he just wore shorts. It seemed like the scene would never end (or maybe it was just me...). And this was a decade or so after the demise of The Wild, Wild West. Man , he looked fine.
As for Lee Majors, I thought he looked better in The Big Valley.

R164...yes, i remember that episode of conrad on "Colombo"... he played a gym manager who killed his partner.. conrad wore red shorts, and the scene showed him stretching and doing some sit-ups i think... he was still fit and trim, but he had lost his pretty boy looks (due to age, drinking and too much sun)....
lee majors on the "big valley" was so pretty, his first season his hair was very very blonde... was it dyed to be that blonde or was that natural?.. his hair turned a bit darker blonde/brown as the season went on... more than a few episodes had him shirtless... love the episode where he goes to a small town and is captured by the handful of residents, all who are literally insane in some way (guest star leslie nielsen as the ring leader) and his character is accosted by 2 women as they rub up and fondle him as he is handcuffed, and the men wide eyed and smirking while watching it... later, in a bed, he and his hairy chest is played with by one of the crazy females... another episode had him shirtless and tied up and made to be a slave to a band of bad people (men and women) who want revenge on him for some reason... hot to see him tied up and shirtless and submissively made to do whatever they want him to do...

On another thread, I suddenly realized that perhaps my first male crush on TV was an actor on The Ann Sothern Show named Jack Mullaney. The show ran from 1958 to 1961, so if I saw it only on the first run, let's just say I HAD to have been born that way. More likely, I saw the it on reruns but still in the 1960s. I thought he was handsome and likeable, and he gave me a warm feeling (I guess that's what attraction felt like to me at that age). He was also in the mid-1960s TV show, "It's About Time."

In the summer of 1990 (when I was 10), I inherited a lot of old magazines from the older boy next door who was heading off to college. Among them were several Dynamites, including the one pictured below. I instantly became smitten with Greg Evigan on the cover. At the time, I didn't know who he was, just that I got a happy feeling in my chest when I looked at his cute face and smiling eyes. He also seemed very jovial and carefree,; someone who I wanted to take me under his wing, in more ways than one. I remember sleeping with the magazine next to me and would kiss his face repeatedly.

He was never a big star, but he was on tons of episodic TV, and I liked him in the movies Day of the Dolphin and the absurd B-movie, Creature from Black Lake. My dad took me to see that and I was WAY too young for it. I of course didn't know what I was feeling, but the tingly feeling for John David made the terror worthwhile.
I had forgotten about him until many years later when I saw camp classic All the Pretty Maids in a Row, and learned his name and a bit more about him. He was the son of Kit Carson. John David died from lymphoma at age 57.

[post redacted because linking to dailymail.co.uk clearly indicates that the poster is either a troll or an idiot (probably both, honestly.) Our advice is that you just ignore this poster but whatever you do, don't click on any link to this putrid rag.]

As a teen, I would watch this show just to jerk off to this in the opening credits of Trapper John MD:

Tom Welling was a revelation. I couldn’t wait to see that show. I still like him now

I think I encountered Green Hornet reruns too early in life to properly appreciate Van Williams' beauty and develop a crush, though I certainly made up for it decades later.

R290 I'd hate to be the people that sat in your seat at the next showing of movies.

They're films, but I first watched them when they aired on TV as a kid in the '80s -- Captain Von Trapp in THE SOUND OF MUSIC and Bert in MARY POPPINS. Both Christopher Plummer and Dick Van Dyke did it for me as a gayling and started my yen for older men, particularly fatherly types. Mike Brady (THE BRADY BUNCH) and Ward Cleaver (LEAVE IT TO BEAVER) would later join them when I discovered both shows on reruns.

R281, the episode that did it for me was Robin being tied up and gagged to that porcelain horse while the Mat Hatter was trying to take off Batman's cowl.
Really, Bats should have been arrested for child endangerment.
