I'm watching the Rod Serling marathon on Comet TV, which is the poor man's SyFy.
I actually kind of prefer Night Gallery. It's more psychological and less obvious.
Also, I think there is something on the wing of this plane.

I am watching this episode of Night Gallery where an office worker, played by the ridiculously handsome George Maharis, has an uncontrollable urge to kill.
The only flaw in the episode is the name of the main character.

Here is a picture of George Maharis. He was notable for some things.

Here is another picture of George. I wonder why he didn't get bigger parts.

The Twilight Zone in its first two seasons and then it went downhill. Never watched Night Gallery. I loved Alfred Hitchcock Presents.

George Maharis was in one of my favorite episodes of Murder Zhe Wrote.

"Thriller."
Best = Season 1, Episode 28: "Yours Truly...Jack the Ripper."

Here is the episode, He is trying to get a doctor to cut his hand off so he won't be tempted to kill with it.

Yawn. Now this thread has devolved into the George Maharis thread. This happened earlier than usual on DL; it usually doesn't happen until 20+ posts. Sorry, OP.

I LOVE this Comet TV!

Yes, Comet has all the good oldies.

I always confuse George Maharis with George Chakiris.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 22, 2021 3:56 PM |
George Chakiris is not aging well. I think there was a thread on him a few months ago.

I remember a Night Gallery episode called, "The Sins of the Fathers". I was haunted by that episode for years with fantastic acting by Geraldine Page and Richard Thomas. It was about sin eaters and what happens to them. It nearly scared this young gayling straight into therapy.

Sin eaters?
by Anonymous | reply 18 | May 23, 2021 2:50 PM |
THE ORDER is a fantastic 2003 horror movie starring Heath Ledger, and is about Sin Eaters.

Plato is wonderful. Watching Romeo and Juliet now.

R21, if you like Plato, you should try So Crates.
