What r15 said. Korean plastic surgeons are fucking miracle workers, and they will do things that US doctors won't or can't, and for less money. I have to say the results are impressive. That other cunt Barfenny Frankel got her freakish jaw done there some years back.

Their equipment and facilities are higher end than most places in the US, but it's still cheaper to get it done over there, even including travel. The US always held the fear of the "third world backroom botch job" (understandably) over the heads of people wanting to get extreme (or even basic) work done at a discount price. The photo in OP's post has clearly been heavily edited - the jaw and cheek line margin looks very photoshopped (or just app'd) and has morphed her face into someone unreconisable. As R59 pointed out, she looked pretty much like her usual-faced self (albeit with weight loss, heavy make-up and perhaps some dermal injections...you, know, the basics) in this interview that she did just 3 weeks ago:

The results can be very dramatic, as the link below shows. Even now in South Korea, jaw reconstruction e.g. bone shaving surgery isn’t done that much unless you have other things going on with your jaw and chin.

Celebs like Olivia Munn and Bethanny Frankel have had it done and you can see how it changes their whole face.
