This guy Dhar Mann posts these strange morality plays on YouTube that seem to be set in the same universe as those insipid Values commercials and have about as much connection to reality. They seem to be completely earnest, and stop juuuust shy of having the characters sing songs about Jesus.
What I can’t wrap my head around is how this guy has built an empire on this? The videos have views in the millions —20m, even 60m. What value are people finding here?

The other day my friend and I had been up all night on drugs and were laughing our asses off at these videos, especially the "cool kids" walking around drinking in the middle of the day in this one, and then minutes later got kicked out of the house we were at (by someone who was a nerd in highschool and is now successful whereas we're the opposite) and proceeded to do exactly that. Spooky!
