In the video, he shows off his new NYC loft (his 9th apartment in 8 years), and records workmen putting in a dividing wall between the bedroom and the living room. Even though the wall is attractive and removable, doesn't that seem like a lot of trouble and expense for an apartment he might keep a year?

He's attractive. In that way young people who are 6s to 8s do everything possible to step up a grade in attractiveness. He's also kind of exhausting.

He's a high-end real estate agent, lifestyle influencer, and fitness guru. It's really hard to believe he's not gay or at least bi.

HATE the black frame window fad.

He bears a striking resemblance to 70s gay porn star Wade Nichols.

Putting up dividing walls without city approval is illegal.
Firemen have died because they expected to go into an apartment layed out a certain way but were then faced with unapproved partitions.

^This is a public service announcement for NYers. He likely went through all the approval steps
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 10, 2021 5:46 PM |
Yeah, in the video he said he got approval from the building and advises other people who want to put up a wall to do the same.
It's amazing how these little boutique businesses in NYC can make a go of it. There are a couple of businesses that specialize in taking people's couches apart so they can move them into 19th Century buildings without service elevators or wide stairs. Now, here's another company that specializes in temporary walls. Only in New York.

Is that cum on his lower lip, right there at the corner?

Why the hate for the black window frames? I like them and they go better with some exterior colors. So off putting to me to see some neutral colored stucco homes with the white vinyl windows.

I like the window frames, but the new bedroom area is huge and a really odd shape. It's going to be tough to furnish.

He must be at least 6'5. He has that corny straight guy vibe. No wonder he has a golden retriever. He does seem exhausting.

He's straight. Totally straight

Not just old apartment buildings.
I've had friends use them for suburban houses too, to get couches down to finished basements or up to finished attics. One of those businesses you have no idea actually exist until you need one I guess. When my friend told me about it I thought she was joking until I googled it and found out it was true.

If he were gay he could be exactly the same. Or bi. This is a type independent of sexual persuasion.
The dog is innocent of all and of course adorable.

To the relief of gay men everywhere.
