This happens all the time, some lazy staffer cut and pasted the first photo that came up on google images. It happens over on the right wing media too, when they show a picture of a black person and it's the wrong person entirely. I think it says more about our over-reliance on the internet and not fact-checking anything. That said, whoever did it should be fired. Maybe they'll learn their lesson that way.
