I grew up in Florida and I have brown hair. In order for hair to get that blond, she'd have a dark tan. She has no tan.

Her hair is highlighted. And they are fucked up for doing that to their 6 yr old.

A tan fades. A child's hair lightened by the sun grows out. The hair color doesn't fade. Charlotte is far-skinned and so am I. I never got a deep tan even though my hair turned from brown to brown mixed with blonde highlights.
