Why have Birds Started Chirping at 10:00 at Night?

And why can't I sleep through it? I was tossing and turning the whole time. They finally stopped around 3am and I was finally able to go to sleep. This video didn't work.

It’s probably a mockingbird. They sing to establish their territory and this is their breeding season. A streetlight or home floodlight can fool them into thinking it’s dawn or dusk and they will sing until they exhaust themselves.

Our state bird is the mockingbird.

We are better than all of you cardinal and robin people.

Its because you brought those stupid lovebirds to town OP, hoping to snag a hunky bachelor.

Isn't there something in Romeo & Juliet about that? 'Twas the nightingale, not the lark!

OP, they are waiting for you to go outside alone.
