Did Mary and Carrie and baby Grace Ingalls all resent the fact that they didn't get cute nicknames like "Half-Pint"?

They were Charles Ingalls's daughter too. Did they object to his blatant favoritism?

Mary was the Golden Girl who never got in trouble and was about a zillion times prettier than any of the other girls, so she wasn't jealous.

Carrie was special needs in a time before the phrase existed, she was too dumb to care.

Grace knew she was only there to fend off accusations of being untrue to the books, since Ma had a baby with that name in real life. She was never given any sort of personality, and ciphers don't experience emotions.

Hope this helps!

Pa had a cute nick name for Mary. I find “blind bitch” quite endearing.
