Implants or injections. You can't win against gravity. The implants, especially assplants because they get way more of a workout--in many ways--will eventually droop and have to be redone.

The injections/fat transfers are far more "problematic" (I hate that word) because all of that crap starts to shimmy on down from your ass, to your legs, to your ankles, with a quickness. Leaving dimples and ripples in its wake. It is literally a botch job waiting to happen, only a matter of time (and it doesn't take long). When this particular procedure goes south, literally, it often takes a lot to repair it, depending on the injectable used, how much of it has woven into the body's fascia, etc. You can't just fish it out and start over. like with implants (and even implants can be nightmares to explant).

Since many of these procedures are relatively new, we are only now seeing what the long term outcomes are, if you can call 3 to 5 years "long term". And that's for assplants. Injections start doing their crazy shit not long after the needle is removed. I remember when injectables were all the rage, now plastic surgeons are going back to the old school lifts with far better results. Oh, and "Better" doesn't necessarily mean good. Perhaps "less tragic" is more of an accurate term.
