Gen Z supposedly doesn't even bathe anymore so not them.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | April 24, 2021 5:27 PM |
Current generation are too fat.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | April 24, 2021 5:34 PM |
Gen X. Millennials and Z are to fat to be attractive.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | April 24, 2021 5:37 PM |
And boomers aged quickly.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | April 24, 2021 5:38 PM |
R5 LOL I know you meant it as a diss but in actuality it’s the truth. Most of my Millennial and Gen Z patients are fat/ obese. It’s also supported by some evidence as well.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | April 24, 2021 6:03 PM |
R9, it was a diss, but I know it's true too. They're definitely the fattest of generations. They were fat as kids too.
That's why I picked Gen X as the most attractive. Previous generations looked old before their time, younger generations are fat, so logically, Gen X is the most attractive generation overall.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | April 24, 2021 6:06 PM |
The men of the Restoration generation were dashing, although I myself was fast approaching middle age
by Anonymous | reply 11 | April 24, 2021 6:09 PM |
Yes R10, being fat and at risk of getting obesity-related cancers is not attractive because it’s unhealthy. Despite what Lizzo and the fat positive movement propelled by Millennial celebrities, getting double the cases of obesity-related cancers like pancreatic cancer (compared to older generations at same age) is not attractive. Yes there are fat Gen X’ers too but they tend to gain weight as they age, whereas fat Millennials and Gen Z are fat starting at very young ages.

To me, the Greatest Generation has always been the most attractive. They took far more care with their appearance than the succeeding generations, and it helps that I love the fashions and many of the hairstyles from their prime era, the '40s and '50s. It's true that they aged quicker than we do nowadays, but OP asked which generation was the most attractive in their prime.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | April 24, 2021 6:18 PM |
I agree r13
by Anonymous | reply 14 | April 24, 2021 6:22 PM |
Gen X was the most attractive in their prime because they used to work out. It was common for women to do aerobics a few times per week.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | April 24, 2021 7:10 PM |
Yuppies and hippies were good looking at the opposite ends of the grooming continuum.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | April 24, 2021 7:12 PM |
Gen-X icons like Jen Aniston still look young and modern in their '50s.

There are obvs a bunch of Xers voting on this poll since no one else thought they were hot with their greasy long hair and disgusting baggy clothes
by Anonymous | reply 18 | April 28, 2021 10:38 AM |
The Boomers were the first generation to present themselves naturally. They had long flowing manes and naturally lean and strong bodies.
Every other generation seems to go to great lengths to modify their bodies - from things like neon hair, all the way to bizarre piercings. If you have this need to modify your body, you're admitting that it really isn't all that attractive, aren't you?

Gen Z, although they're aging quickly. What's the next generation called?

The correct answer is "H: Fuck off with your retarded generational absurdities"
by Anonymous | reply 22 | April 28, 2021 12:53 PM |
As a GenX who had my prime years in the late 80s, early 90s I’d say it wasn’t us. Looking back we had the worst hair and clothes imaginable. Mullets, acid washed denim, oversized sweaters, gaudy colors and so on. Think of the things the kids on Saved by the Bell wore.

Mullets and long hair were the 70s, r23/ r24 -- pre-Gen X, IMO.

by Anonymous | reply 34 | May 4, 2021 11:16 PM |
Whichever generation it was that wore flat caps and suspenders. I'd like to go back in time to hook up with a man from that era, lol.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | May 4, 2021 11:33 PM |
I like a hairy chest and longer hair so I find some 70's guys appealing but some of them just look dirty.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | May 4, 2021 11:44 PM |
I guess this thread proves that Xers have surpassed Boomers in self important narcissism

Every new generation is generally assumed to be more attractive in their prime than the last.
Calcium, and modern dentistry have primary roles as to why that theory works on paper.
Now, that being said, I find it sad that natural beauty is no longer considered the highest standard as far as the genetic lottery is concerned.
We currently highlight cosmetic, purchased beauty that is obtained to creat the illusion of prime beauty.
Prime beauty is ages 13-20. Brooke Shields and Lisa Bonet, or the rarity of a Rock Hudson or a James Dean.
Prime and peak beauty isn’t common, as it is a genetic fluke.
The places where we have seen naturally occurring stunners are, for example, certain Ethiopian tribes and certain Indian and middle eastern villages.
Europe had a good lot of pretty boys until wars cut them in their primes and I do not consider Insta-hoes to be genetically beautiful as it is all constructed.
If we stopped the photo shop and injure toons we would see our beauty in our youth again. Also, specific races creating babies creates some really fucking gorgeous people. Some of the hottest men I’ve ever seen are Mexican-German or Mexican-Dutch. A totally rare genetic splendor. Just absolutely gorgeous men who look amazing and stand out, however, rare to spot.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | May 5, 2021 10:57 AM |
*Instta-hoes” not “injure boons”. Lmao.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | May 5, 2021 11:01 AM |
This is such a dumb question. There are always gorgeous people and homely people evenly distributed throughout every population.
Unless you're really asking what era's style we prefer, the question is foolish.
