The article isn't entirely clear. It seems like she lost 50 (when she was diagnosed with diabetes), went up and down and then lost another 20. It's been a long time since I've seen her + the past COVID year.

What bullshit R48 I did Keto with no exceptions for 3 months and never felt satisfied. It was not until I added pasta back into my diet the the hunger went away.

No sugar or booze is part of keto. No beef, pork, or dairy means she's limited to chicken, fish, and vegetables. I hope she's adding a lot of olive oil to those things because otherwise I don't see how she could ever feel full. Keto tends to be high fat in compensation for cutting out carbs, but without beef, pork, or any dairy, you're left with an extremely low calorie diet.
