The hair makes her look too much like Annette Bening or Frances McDormand and the lipstick is too bright and she should've worn a diamond necklace instead of those tacky earrings, But otherwise lovely.

The great Cate tops every best actress winner with this gown. EVERYONE. Grace Kelly, Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman when they won looked like they were wearing potato sacks compared to this stunning look.
