Tell us about your guilt. If I was fleeing a house where the next door neighbor's dog is always howling or they have loud parties every weekend I would be thrilled to be getting out but of course would feel bad for the new owners!
Would You Feel Guilty Selling Your House to a Nice Young Couple Knowing the Neighbors are Going to Make Their Lives Hell?

Never feel bad. Just keep it moving.

If you didn't disclose the parties every weekend you can be sued OP.

Why would you tell! That would be stoopid if you're trying to sell your home! The sellers and buyers never meet on purpose.

I hope to sell my townhouse to a large and noisy family with no self- awareness and filled with self-entitlement.
I hate my neighbors; he's mentally ill, and using some noisy powertool right now, at 7:45 pm. His wife asks me to be kind to him because he's 'fragile man'.

R2 that is ridiculous. It’s up to the buyer to do their due diligence.

Never...caveat emptor, and due diligence. And how do you know the “nice young couple” aren’t hell on wheels, or worse?

If I was the prospective buyer of a place I would probably park outside on random days to see what was going on.
