The cute blond who played the company bugler Hannibal Dobbs in the '60s sitcom dies at 84.
Wheeler the Dealer, I told you crime doesn’t pay.

I had a major crush on the goofy bugler as a lad. Then he gained weight.

What’s with all these really old people dying?

The entire F Troop cast is dead now, except for Larry Storch, who played Agarn. He's 98.

Agarn was my favorite. I was surprised to see Larry Storch in a serious role in an old Alfred Hitchcock TV show on cable the other night. I only knew him as Agarn.

The first time I noticed him was in The China Syndrome.

Ken Berry has a nice tight ass. Was he family?

R13 He had a reputation as a pussy hound. His wife (Jackie Joseph) found him in bed with other women.
When he was in the Army, Ken's sergeant was Leonard Nimoy!

R13 Ken Berry was married (and divorced) from actress Jackie Joseph. The rumor was that she was a real life inspiration for “The First Wives Club.” They had a couple of kids.

Both of Berry's children were adopted. He never remarried after his divorce in 1976, but lived with a female companion and caretaker for the last 24 years of his life. He died four years ago.

Hampton married very late in life, was a close friend of Burt Reynolds and pinged so hard I had to turn the volume down whenever he was on tv.

Nobody's going to mention his role in Condorman?

Ken's first wife was the original Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. Cute in her way.

He picked the wrong day to die.

Well, there's the third one.

We heard about this two days ago, OP. Do a search before starting a new thread on old news.

R2 - that was my experience of him exactly - I was crushing on him as a kid watching F-Troop re-runs in the early 70s and then saw him in something current and I couldn’t believe the way his whole neck turned into a big double chin.

James Hampton RUINED everything he was in

Any actor who was close friends of, and worked a lot with, Burt Reynolds was almost certainly gay or bisexual. Reynolds always surrounded himself on his sets with his closeted fuck buddies, most of whom were married men with children.

Wasn't he also on the Doris Day show?
by Anonymous | reply 26 | July 21, 2021 7:29 PM |
I was never able to get into this show, at least as a kid. Don't think I've seen it on since.
