Tiara Troll, Please Come Back

You're loved and missed. Are you OK?

He/she/they're fine. He/she/they're polishing his/hers/their Girls/Boys/Theirs of Great Britain and Ireland tiara at the moment, so can't come to the thread right now. But he/she/they send his/her/their love.

I have always wanted a tiara. Ever since I was a little girl back in St. Olaf. Every year, I'd blow out my birthday candles and wish for one... and every year I'd get a freshly-carved pair of wooden shoes. Except for one year during the Depression, when I just got a block of coal, which I then carved into a pair of high-top Keds.

My childhood wish was for a pony, which I would ride while wearing a glittering tiara and holding a magic wand. I would sit in judgement and power above all, making the unfortunate looking people go-poof!

Maybe this will bring the Tiara Troll out of their self-imposed exile, because:

[bold]It's the royal moment we've all been waiting for: the much-anticipated return of the tiara![/bold]

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands brought an end to the royal tiara drought on Monday evening, sporting a sparkling headpiece during a state banquet in Germany. The wife of King Willem-Alexander (wore) the Stuart Tiara with a one-shoulder purple gown covered in floral embroidery.

Maxima, who recently celebrated her 50th birthday, also wore large diamond earrings — which are detachable clusters from the top of the tiara.
