OP, what are you talking about?! Do you know what measures the Chinese went to?! We’ve done lockdowns. Over and over again. You seem to be one of those people who doesn’t remember things from just a couple of months ago. There has been no great rebellion. Very few people, over the last year, refused to wear masks in enclosed spaces. We get it, you hate people and blame others for your misery. Always.

China went as far as to force people (including children) to endure lockdown with the rotting corpses of their family members that died of the illness, even welded people into the residence to keep them inside, and disappeared scientists warning people of how serious the disease is. No, I wouldn't want the US government behaving that way.
