He's going to have a difficult career when "Riverdale" is done--he needs to move into directing or producing, like Jason Priestley. He's not tall or handsome enough to be a leading man, but he's also not a character actor (not talented enough). Cole sprouse and the girl who plays Betty will have an easier time. Camilla Mendes is the best actor on the show, but she will also be hard to cast.

AJ himself has said being on this show is like being in prison. Unfortunately, for them even before this newest season the show was renewed and I’m sure they are all contracted to do it and are not happy. If looking haggard is away to get off this show I’m sure he’s working that hard.

It’s very weird to see people upset about his tattoos when for him it’s an important cultural identifier. Being Samoan he is descended from the people who basically invented tattoos, and it’s culturally insensitive to complain about them as would talking about an African American who keeps their hair natural.

Why do people on shows always do this? What else are they going to do without the show? This will be the biggest thing they’ll ever be in. They won’t work afterwards, just like the kids in Glee who hoped the show would get cancelled. They’re hoping for their own unemployment.
