It’s coming.

And when will Netflix finally stream Season 5?

by Anonymousreply 1March 29, 2021 5:13 PM

Probably right before Season 6 starts, R1. AMC likes to use streaming release windows as a promotional device to create hype for new seasons.

by Anonymousreply 2March 29, 2021 5:26 PM

Rest in Peace Kim.

by Anonymousreply 3March 29, 2021 5:31 PM

Excuse me, R3? Let’s dispense with the grisly, speculative endings for Ms. Kim Wexler, okay? She could just as easily break up with Jimmy and ride off into the sunset to find happiness.

by Anonymousreply 4March 29, 2021 5:41 PM

So excited!! Craving Cinnabon!!

by Anonymousreply 5March 29, 2021 6:09 PM

I don’t know how I ate so many of those things at the mall without getting fat. Oh that’s right: I was young.

[QUOTE] In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Odenkirk revealed that he has been told by the show’s co-creator Peter Gould that the series’ final season will cause viewers to view its successor in a “different light”.

[QUOTE]“I’ve been told by Peter Gould that when Better Call Saul wraps up, everyone will see Breaking Bad in a different light,” he said.

[QUOTE] The actor added: “I don’t know specifics beyond that, except that he knows what happens throughout this whole season of Saul and I don’t.

Geez, Odenkirk looks elderly in that photo!

And the audience is supposed to believe the Saul backstory takes place years before Breaking Bad begins, which was what, 2009?

by Anonymousreply 9April 8, 2021 1:35 AM

Yes, R9. He looks younger on the show.

Happy Birthday to Giancarlo Esposito

I’m thinking it’s just possible that Kim and Jimmy reunite at the end of the series. Despite everything, Vince is a mensch and believes in the power of human redemption.

No love for Tony Dalton??

by Anonymousreply 14June 16, 2021 11:19 PM

He gets plenty of love, R14. What do you mean?

by Anonymousreply 15June 17, 2021 12:14 AM

I mean somebody post some nudes or hairy pubis shots or SOMETHING. He's what Boyd McDonald used to call "eating stuff".

by Anonymousreply 16June 17, 2021 12:42 AM

This is a classy establishment, R16.

Better eat my ass

by Anonymousreply 22July 30, 2021 9:11 PM

It’s the best show on television, R22. Bar none.

by Anonymousreply 23July 30, 2021 9:44 PM

Lalo is a hot piece of ass

by Anonymousreply 24July 30, 2021 10:50 PM

Looks like they’re filming scenes without Jimmy/Saul while Bob recovers.

But the star of this show just died (?)

by Anonymousreply 26August 22, 2021 1:23 AM

It is a good series, but oh god the pace was so glacial, and seasons have been so wide apart at times, that I completely forgot who’s who and what their back story is, apart of course from Jimmy and Kim. And I’m not sure I’d have the patience to go through the entire 5 seasons again before they start airing season 6. On the other hand I rewatched entirely BB recently, and that was so much fun, and so was El Camino.

by Anonymousreply 27August 22, 2021 1:44 AM

Season 5 is when I started to get less invested in it. The emphasis is increasingly being put on the Mexican narco universe, which, at least to me, was never as interesting as the legal world on this show. Michael McKean's departure was really felt on BCS.

by Anonymousreply 28August 22, 2021 2:02 AM

I’m suspending my disbelief in the characters’ age progressions because I love the series enough to do that. And Lalo is a dreamboat or would be if he weren’t a batshit crazy Salamanca.

by Anonymousreply 29September 8, 2021 10:11 PM

Yes, he’s back on set!

All of Canada could care less. We can't even get access to season fucking FIVE. By the time we do, we'll have to watch the whole fucking series again!!!!

by Anonymousreply 35December 3, 2021 8:57 PM

Alright R35, calm down.

Can’t you buy Season 5 on iTunes or Amazon Prime or something? It’s literally worth owning every episode, that’s how good it is.

by Anonymousreply 36December 3, 2021 9:07 PM

I started to lose interest during Season 5. I really want to like this series but they need to pick up the pace.

by Anonymousreply 37December 3, 2021 9:28 PM

Pick up the pace? What show are you watching, R37? Season 5 was an action packed, heart pounding thrill-ride.

by Anonymousreply 38December 4, 2021 8:40 PM

Kim can be a real bitch, Jimmy better stay on her good side. Anybody else watch tonight?

by Anonymousreply 39April 19, 2022 3:37 AM

[quote]Anybody else watch tonight?

Yes. No spoilers, but a couple of characters return in a wonderfully comedic way. And I'm with those who find the Jimmy/Kim drama more compelling than the Salamanca plotline.

It should have happened a couple of seasons ago, but Emmys are in order for Bob Odenkirk and Rhea Seahorn.

by Anonymousreply 40April 19, 2022 4:45 AM

Yes, I watched the first episode and see the second one is available too now. Kim seems to be the one breaking bad.

by Anonymousreply 41April 19, 2022 5:20 AM

His tacky tRump like mansion in the beginning was interesting

by Anonymousreply 42April 20, 2022 1:51 AM

RIP Nacho. Well done.

by Anonymousreply 43April 26, 2022 5:28 AM

I am going to miss Nacho.
