He toured in 2019 and looked fine. Not super skinny but average. No huge gut.

Even skinny, you could tell that body was made to be fat because of the jowly face. He looks like he’d tell me the wifi is down for the weekend.

I like the guy's music, but it's a mystery how this guy is still alive. He looks like the kind of guy who gets high and drinks like there's no tomorrow and doesn't waste a second to take care of himself (take a shower, for example).
