Basically a younger, blonde, Mario Cantone. I guess every generation has its flaming fag standup comedian. Most of his jokes seemed like slightly updated versions of tired old jokes from the 70s. Some version of the Meryl Streep joke has probably been around since Anna Held, and the gay shoe bomber joke is way past its sell date. His delivery is certainly Joan Rivers-like.
