I agree that he needs all of the above, especially nasolabial folds. He's needed them done for a good while.

Plus, those things aren't major stuff. It's basically a lifestyle change, eat right, less sun, and cut out the smoking. He can be in and out with regular maintenance for the nasal folds.

I know what nasolabial folds are but can you post a before and after of someone famous who's had them done?

He's a 40 something smoker who tries to maintain a gym body. He's not going to cut out the smoking. He probably uses it as an appetite supressant.
