R8 I loved the myna bird "Call me Mr. Marvelous" who would mock Mrs. Stevens. Tabitha put a spell on the bird that allowed it to reveal its true feelings which drove Phyllis to a real sick headache.

Aunt Clara, Endora, Darrin's Mom, and Samantha/the first Darrin together. Oh my, and of course the original Gladys Kravitts.

R10 You could sympathize with Alice Pearce as Gladys. She could be just looking for the mailman to arrive and the accidentally see something going on. She didn't become nosy in a hateful way until poor Sandra Gould took over. They were friends in real life, and Alice suggested her because she knew she was too ill to return. She was also friends with Alice Ghostley, but the future Esmarelda didn't feel right about replacing her friend. I met Sandra Gould once. She was exactly the same in real life, but more vivacious and kind and less of a cackling hen. When she took over the part, she was only on infrequently, often mentioned but not seen as much over the next 6 years.

Liz Montgomery hated Dick York, who was in love with her.

Yes, the mynah bird! Mrs. Stephens showed Tabitha the bird and Tabitha’s reaction was, “a bird that can talk! Did you make it talk?”

Mrs. Stephens’s response was, “Everything that bird says it learned from me”

Immediately the bird yells, “Frank, I have a sick headache!”

I love the line in the Nanny episode where Fran takes Sylvia to a plastic surgeon and Sylvia shows the doctor a picture of Linda Evangelista and Fran goes "Ma, he's not Dr. Bombay!"
