Important distinction: this person was a peer - an equal - to her; it would be interesting to hear from the people - make up people, caterers, PA, etc - who worked *under* her on Suits would say.

Working for the BRF is a job and these people who are (potentially) complaining about her are underlings who serve tea and make schedules - not exactly Cromwell and probably mostly not people with real power.

So as opposed that indignant diatribe, maybe something more measured like "I take professionalism in the workplace very seriously and I have never had any reason to believe that Meghan acted inappropriately or in an excessively harsh manner." But that's not what he said.

EXACTLY. He was one of the leads on the show. She was a supporting actress and this was her first big role.

If the crew, especially in later seasons before her departure, affirms that she was wonderful, then I'd find his comment more credible.

That r42 interview reminds me that SUITS was actually quite a good show. The romantic leads (Adams and Markle) were the most conventional part of it... some of the supporting cast was really funny.

And a lot of the clothes were killer.
