She got into a pay dispute over GUEST STARRING on The Good Fight....Not a good look....

She refused to film the last scene (in a bar) with co-star Archie Panjami...The characters only interacted on the phone for almost 2 years, despite being co-workers. They filmed their bar scenes separately and Margulies publicly said it was due to scheduling. Archie Panjami then said scheduling was NOT an issue and that Margulies did not want to film with her.

None of her former colleagues from THE GOOD WIFE really want her on THE GOOD FIGHT, if rumors are to be believed.

It's a shame. THE GOOD WIFE was (mostly) a really entertaining show, and Margulies was very good on it. The rest of that cast were first rate.

I'm surprised Christine Baranski did not put her foot down about even entertaining the idea of her doing a guest spot on The Good Fight, but then again, Baranski is a professional.

She even had to cunt up the reason for not appearing. Saying she was being offered a guest star pay rate when she wasn't a guest star. Basically saying The Good Fight is HER show. Nugget from R2 :

...."I watch the show, I love the show. But I'm not a guest star. You don't pay me a guest-star salary. I would get a guest-star salary if I went and did SVU — it's not my show." OK you delusional bitch. Great way to lose an easy gig and make you even more hated.

Great actress who’s been good in every series she’s been in. She’s worked consistently, BTW, so don’t believe the liars on DL who live to trash her.
