Best meal delivery service?
I tried Freshly; the food was okay.
They messed up my order (it arrived to the delivery service 'damaged') and they couldn't get me a replacement till next week. Communication was poor and the food just okay (not bad though, I might go back).
What other ones are there to try that are good?
TIA!

A friend and I have been trying various meal-kit brands out and comparing notes.
So far: Martha Stewart Markey Spoon (what a name!) has the best menus but unreliable service--late deliveries, ingredients missing, etc. The customer service is unsatisfactory, too.
I like HelloFresh--interesting menus and so far dependable service.
Blue Apron is the least helpful packer of the boxes, with everything tossed in any old way. The others we've tried organize eveerything into one bag of stuff per dish, plus the meat or fish.
They're fun, though they tend to get elaborate even with good old hamburger and french fries. I love exotic soups, but only Martha Stewart etc, offered them. Everyplate, I think, is the cheapest we've tried, but that means they have to add a surcharge if you want the salmon or other choice dishes. And salmon is good for you. I hate the skin (all the services give you the fish with the skin on), but it's easy to remove--just leave the filets in boiling water for three or four minutes and it comes right off.
The salmon works great as leftovers, too, because you can eat it right out of the fridge with horse radish sauce. It's quite gourmet, so people are always trying to drop in and sample my second plate. (Each dish feeds two.)

It's MARLEY, not Markey.
