I always think that anything west of Cannes isn't the 'real' Côte d'Azur. I know that it is, but it doesn't have the same feel that Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze, Cap Ferrat have for me. It's a bit, wrong side of the tracks.

Why bother? Nothing is nice - including the view. Ain't nothing French about it. Could be anywhere small and cheap. Buy a piece of property in the Muskokas, live well AND get rich. It will cost you more upfront, but it's truly a natural paradise and the getaway of the stars too. Close to Bracebridge AND Barrie!!!

It is such low-rent construction. Who wants 3 families or rentals living above one? Seems like a decent investment as pure rental. I would prefer a 100 year old villa by the sea in North Africa.
