R3 she claims she's been sober for over a year now. She was zonked out on opiates several years back when she was letter Sam Lutfi "manage her." She and Frances both I think had a problem. She moved to London last year and has apparently been working on a record, but knowing her timeline, she may be dead before it gets released.

Courtney is always going to be Courtney and that's why we love her. She looks good, always has a great wit about her, and I just want her to put out some music. I always like a few tracks on whatever she puts out.
