James Van Der Beek Moved His Family Of Six To Texas

That was in October of 2020

Now in February of 2021, he is no heat and no power

As he shares picture of himself looking for firewood

by Anonymousreply 83Last Friday at 12:12 PM

He looks like shit.

by Anonymousreply 102/18/2021

Look at Ms. Drama Queen...

by Anonymousreply 202/18/2021

Then he went home and impregnated his wife.

by Anonymousreply 302/18/2021

He should cut down some utility poles, it isn't like Texas is using them.

by Anonymousreply 402/18/2021

Dawson's Creek had plenty of wood.

by Anonymousreply 502/18/2021

Which child are they planning on eating first?

by Anonymousreply 602/18/2021

Why the fuck did he have six kids? He doesn't have Matt Damon $$$ to support all of that.

by Anonymousreply 702/18/2021

5 kids, 5 miscarriages. So far.

by Anonymousreply 802/18/2021

He should’ve moved back to Connecticut, at least they have power in the winter.

by Anonymousreply 902/18/2021

They're addicted to babies

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 1002/18/2021

Seriously where is he cutting that tree from? The local park?

by Anonymousreply 1102/18/2021

Hahaha. He’s living the drama. With a motherfucking chainsaw.

I wonder if those doomsday preppers out there are prepared for this.

by Anonymousreply 1202/18/2021

Dawson’s Frozen Creek 🧊

by Anonymousreply 1302/18/2021

He annoys me.

by Anonymousreply 1402/18/2021

WTF did he expect moving to a Republican shithole?

by Anonymousreply 1502/18/2021

Is he a Repuglicunt? Why else would anyone move to Texas?

by Anonymousreply 1602/18/2021

It's a helluva lot cheaper to live in Texas instead of LA when you've got six kids and a lazy ass wife who doesn't work.

by Anonymousreply 1702/18/2021

He was tired of all the work he was getting in Hollywood so he decided to leave

by Anonymousreply 1802/18/2021

They bought a house in the middle of nowhere with a lot of land

by Anonymousreply 1902/18/2021

R17 She has a job, it’s called birthin’ babies!

by Anonymousreply 2002/18/2021

[quote] He doesn't have Matt Damon $$$ to support all of that.

And Damon's expenses are lower because his wife only eats carrots.

by Anonymousreply 2102/18/2021

Katie, Joshua and (white) Michelle Williams are laughing their asses off right now.

by Anonymousreply 2202/18/2021

This just in James Van Der Beek has left his family and moved in with the bitch in apartment 23.

by Anonymousreply 2302/18/2021

Yes, his whole family (and hers) are Republicans.

He also left California because he didn’t wanna raise his kids in that environment and disagrees with a lot of what’s happening

by Anonymousreply 2402/18/2021

He should really be building snowcastles in the snow.

by Anonymousreply 2502/18/2021

Whew! So MANLY!

*fans self*

by Anonymousreply 2602/18/2021

I'm watching a temperature doppler and it shows temps sinking into the teens in TX tonight.

by Anonymousreply 2702/18/2021

Hope he gathers kindling quickly and gets heating back for his family; I'm sure he doesn't wanna wait... for their lives to be over; he'd want to know right now, what will it be?

by Anonymousreply 2802/18/2021

In California it could have been fires or mudslides or earthquakes.

by Anonymousreply 2902/18/2021

If he's a republican, I hope he slowly freezes to death.

by Anonymousreply 3002/18/2021

So, now we know why they had all these children, to increase the level of body heat in just such an occasion.

by Anonymousreply 3102/18/2021

Is his wife taking this photo?

I don't see how a man has that many kids without being a conservative jackass.

by Anonymousreply 3202/18/2021

Footage was released of poor James today.

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 3302/18/2021

Never heard of him. What a stupid name.

by Anonymousreply 3402/18/2021

So washed up actor moves to Texas to be closer to nature?

by Anonymousreply 3502/18/2021

R28 i love you 😆

by Anonymousreply 3602/19/2021

I guess you have to do what you have to do but if he’s out there cutting dead wood then he’s not getting much heat out of it.

by Anonymousreply 3702/19/2021

Serves him right for being straight.

by Anonymousreply 3802/19/2021

Do Texans give people shit for not being real Texans?

by Anonymousreply 3902/19/2021

He should've bought a generator.

by Anonymousreply 4002/19/2021

R39 yes. NY, TX, Boston Natives are all very Prideful. They will accept you but you are not THEM in their eyes.

by Anonymousreply 4102/19/2021

[quote]He should've bought a generator.

Indeed; the picture suggests he lives in a rural area, further demonstrating how poorly prepared he is.

This kind of makes me laugh in that his Instagram pictures indicate that he fancies himself some outdoor He-Man when in fact he looks like unprepared asshole, woefully over his head. I hope FEMA shows up soon or they will be eating one of the kids

by Anonymousreply 4202/19/2021

Maybe he just wants to get out of the house and see what action is happening in the brush?

by Anonymousreply 4302/19/2021

I loved him on season 1 of POSE.

Season 1 was so good. 2 was messy and lacked the charm of the first season.

by Anonymousreply 4402/19/2021

[quote] I hope FEMA shows up soon or they will be eating one of the kids.

His fivehead has enough skin to tent his family or to serve as a meal.

by Anonymousreply 4502/19/2021

He seems like he wrecklessly endangered his family by not providing a reliable alternative energy source like a generator. He has the financial resources.

by Anonymousreply 4602/19/2021

R16 To get away from the earthquakes, floods, fires, the homeless wandering the streets and to avoid some of the most stringent Covid policies in what ironically has become the epicenter of Covid in the nation. Companies have been relocating to Arizona and Texas for years to avoid the highest taxes in the country. This has been going on for years.

by Anonymousreply 4702/19/2021

^ fleeing California.

by Anonymousreply 4802/19/2021

James Fled... California's high taxes.

by Anonymousreply 4902/19/2021

Yeah, wood needs to be seasoned before burning. He has a backpack full of wet wood. Also, a fireplace is not going to heat much more than a few feet in front of it. Somehow I doubt he has a wood burning stove or furnace.

Modern suburban/urban conservatives are full of shit. They've never lived more than a ten minute drive from every modern convenience, but talk as though you could drop them off in the woods with a pocket knife and some string and they'd be able to survive for months.

At least most rural conservatives have actual survival skills. That song "A Country Boy Will Survive" rings true when shit hits the fan.

by Anonymousreply 5002/19/2021

[quote] [R39] yes. NY, TX,

WTF do texans have to feel proud about? And why are they obsessed with CA?

by Anonymousreply 5102/19/2021

His pants are about to fall off.

This "I have to go cut wood to keep my woman and kids warm because I'm the man" vibe is lessened by his narcissistic need to Instagram the moment.

Nice manly camo gloves. Yes James, you are masculine! But we already knew that from the way you keep your wife in a constant state of reproduction.

by Anonymousreply 5202/19/2021

R50, good catch. I was going to point out the wood was wet, too.

I wonder if he has ever even used a chainsaw before.

by Anonymousreply 5302/19/2021

Burning wet wood isn't good.

by Anonymousreply 5402/19/2021

There’s an actual online movement of conservatives to move from California to TX. They want to keep TX red and not pay taxes. It’s been going on for a while. People like this guy are Johnny Come Latelies.

by Anonymousreply 5502/19/2021

I love to watch smug str8 white male douchebros suffer.

by Anonymousreply 5602/19/2021

[quote]James Van Der Beek Moved His Family Of Six To Texas

Five children + wife = a family of seven. Don't you usually count the parents as part of the family?

by Anonymousreply 5702/19/2021

R57 didn't count JVDB

by Anonymousreply 5802/19/2021

He might be a secret Log Cabin repub.

by Anonymousreply 5902/21/2021

How does he share shit on social media with no power?

by Anonymousreply 6002/21/2021

He's not a Trumptard. He lives in Democrat-dominated Austin. Nice guy.

by Anonymousreply 6102/21/2021

So he's out trying to cut frozen wood with an EGO electric chainsaw? Good luck with that.

by Anonymousreply 6202/21/2021

My electricity was off for about a day last week. As it is my kitchen range burns gas and that's how I at least kept my house sweater warm till the power was restored.

But woke politicians are trying to ban natural gas in the home. It's for the children.

Are we sure miss thing isn't in a sound studio in LA?

by Anonymousreply 6402/21/2021

[quote] Why the fuck did he have six kids? He doesn't have Matt Damon $$$ to support all of that.

He is perpetually horny and loves to fuck, I mean really really loves to fuck, and one of the byproducts of doing that with a woman is that kids pop out later. He must have some really potent jizz.

by Anonymousreply 6502/21/2021

If he will let me have some of his wood, I will gladly give him some of my (fire) wood.

by Anonymousreply 6602/21/2021

R60 In the OP it indicates he grateful for the utilities working today. Some power has obviously been restored.

by Anonymousreply 6702/21/2021

In all fairness, Austin is normally a great place to live. The music scene is very exciting and the city itself is usually rather manageable. The food has improved dramatically in recent years and the huge influx of a young workforce has made the city rather cosmopolitan by Texas standards.

Also, the Grindr guys on tap are first rate.

by Anonymousreply 6802/21/2021

Please tell me his children did not inherit his 5head!

by Anonymousreply 6902/21/2021

A family of 5 kids was not so unusual even 40 years ago.

by Anonymousreply 7002/21/2021

I feel badly for these recent transplants. Out of LA because of covid and shutdown of so much of the entertainment business right into the jaws of this hidden rightwing clusterfuck.

by Anonymousreply 7102/21/2021

Too bad Mrs. Van Der Beek didn’t marry Creek Stewart. She would be warm and toasty and fed right now!

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 7202/21/2021

R1, he doesn't look like shit. He looks like a 44-year-old man who's been out in the cold for some time. JvdB has kept his looks very well. He's not a twink anymore, if he ever was, but he's a handsome daddy type. Literally ... times 5! 🤣

R19, CT has power this winter, so far. Let a severe ice storm hit the state, or a hurricane come through next summer, and see how many hundreds of thousands are without power. Everywhere that experiences extreme weather - which is the entire eastern 2/3 of the country - is susceptible to massive power outages. There have been many on the east coast in the last decade or so.

by Anonymousreply 7302/21/2021

What's the deal with DataLoungers who insist that every celebrity is a secret Republican?

The Beek is not a Republican. He doesn't tweet very often, and he hasn't tweeted in months, but in the past he has retweeted Obama and has spoken out against Trump.

His wife was pregnant 10 times in 10 years. She's a crazy breeder

by Anonymousreply 7502/21/2021

Aw James... why the long face?

by Anonymousreply 7602/21/2021

Texas is a long way from John Wesley Shipp's cock.

by Anonymousreply 7702/22/2021

Thanks R74, I was about to post the same thing. I mean you can be “anyone” you want on Twitter, but he strikes me as being fairly progressive minded. I am not ready to write him off as a right wing nut job.

by Anonymousreply 7802/22/2021

So did they freeze their butts off yet?

James Van Der Beek's 4-Year-Old Daughter Rushed to ER After Injury

by Anonymousreply 80Last Friday at 11:40 AM

I never understand parents who post their kids injuries on social media. Even my cousins do it. I'm just glad the first iPhone came out when I was in college because my mom would totally be THAT mom.

by Anonymousreply 81Last Friday at 11:59 AM

[quote]His wife was pregnant 10 times in 10 years. She's a crazy breeder

Good lord! You could probably park an 18-wheeler in her cunt.

by Anonymousreply 82Last Friday at 12:02 PM

Hey James, it's 80 degrees here in SoCal.
