Disorder, Transmission and She's Lost Control are other great songs by them. Atmosphere was recorded by Joy Division too, but the version by New Order is better known. Atmosphere is my favorite.

Ian Curtis was a tortured man who tortured everyone else around him & who stood by him. He made his wife and baby suffer badly.
Nowadays we'd call him "on the spectrum" and make excuses for his horrid, destructive behavior that left a widow & child scarred.
