Just left them out in the cold. This precedes a number of failures in black banks which were set up to fail since they too weren't able to enter into the larger capital markets. Leaving them to flounder in the un-natural black capital sub-market basically created in America. It's as if we have or had a caste system. Blank banks were also routinely set up to fail, causing black wealth to disappear.

White banks forced black people to accept business loans at very high-interest rates compared to whites hurting profitability. Black real estate was continually depreciated making borrowing instantly underwater. Once a well-off black family moved to a new neighborhood in or near white people, white flight would occur and the value of their home would dramatically fall. This didn't happen to the same extent with Jews, the Irish, or even Italians. Imagine losing 40-50% of your home value right after you move into a neighborhood and you still owe the bank for the original price of the loan.

There was an intentional movement by the government to discredit and harm black Americans. It limited the amount of wealth that could be passed down from one generation to another generation.
