Who is the best and most professional CNN anchor/host?

It's funny to me the men (Cooper, Lemon, Cuomo) are given the prime spots but the women are the better anchors. They're certainly more professional than shouty Chris Cuomo, weepy Don Lemon, and giggly Anderson Cooper.

As an MSNBC fan I'm just coming around to watching Anderson now as I'm a little tired of Chris Hayes' 8 pm ranting. And I'm shocked by how little Anderson brings to the conversation. He doesn't seem very knowledgeable in his questions or his replies. Most of the time he just looks kind of stunned or appropriately outraged by the topic.

Is this what he's usually been like all these years?

Erin Burnett is the best anchor/ news presenter of all, I really like watching her. Ana Cabrera is also a great anchor.

Dana Bash has expert knowledge of all politics and it seems like she has all the big wigs in Washington in on speed dial for her sources. Christiane Amanpour also has similar expert knowledge of international politics.

Selected other because none wasn't an option.

Briana Keilar does some great segments. Amanpour has a weird mouth.

How do left-leaning reporters/commentators like Dana Bash, Gloria Borger, Jim Acosta, etc. acquire these Repug sources who are willing to divulge secrets about politicians in their party? I don't get how that works on an ongoing basis.
