OMG, he probably visited the Club Baths in DC! I might have seen him there, and I would totally have done him. Although ... I was pretty dogmatic about hairy chests back then (they were a sine qua non), and I have no idea if Tony is hairy. You'd think so, but sometimes Italian guys can fool you - heavy beard, hairy arms and legs, but smooth or nearly smooth chest.

I wonder if he stripped to a towel. Probably not, since I assume visits were not impromptu but rather arranged with management. No one walked around fully dressed in street clothes at the baths, so his presence would have stood out; the chances that he witnessed what usually went on would be very low.
