Buttigieg's "Medicare for all who want it" plan would have covered everything you talk about. It would have expanded healthcare. Not enough, but it would have been an improvement.

Medicare for All is not a realistic aspiration in the near term. It’s not a passable piece of legislation. We need to address the systemic issues that make our health care costs so exorbitant before we can possibly afford to make it available for all.

And, yes, I do believe we should ultimately aim for it.

I have not been to a gay bar in at least a decade. I can be myself wherever I choose to go - I have quite a few gay friends in my local watering hole without any attitude. It is kind of sad, but there is really not any need for them anymore.
